There is no coworking space on Old Kent Road itself. The road is mainly commercial and retail, with large format stores and business premises but nothing aimed at individual remote workers looking for a desk. RedDeskCo on Asylum Road is just around the corner, tucked away on a quieter street off Queens Road.
We are a small workspace with 14 fixed desks, owner-operated since 2019. There is no hot-desking, no drop-in visitors, and no large open-plan floor. Everyone has their own permanent desk and gets to know the other members. It is a calm, focused place to work.
RedDeskCo is at 109 Asylum Road, Peckham, SE15 2LB. From Old Kent Road, you can walk to us in about 10 to 15 minutes. Asylum Road runs south from Old Kent Road towards Queens Road, and the office is on the right hand side.
The P12 bus runs along Old Kent Road and turns down Asylum Road, stopping almost directly outside the office. By bike it is about five minutes on flat roads. If you are coming from further along Old Kent Road towards the Bricklayers Arms end, the 36 bus also runs to Queens Road Peckham Station.
Every desk at RedDeskCo is fixed and permanent. You can leave your equipment set up overnight and arrive to a ready workspace every morning. There is no hot-desking, no sharing, and no packing up at the end of the day. The office is secured with 24-hour CCTV and lockable pedestals at every desk.
Desks start at £225 per month for Monday to Friday access, or £290 per month for seven-day access. There is no VAT. Contracts are rolling monthly with seven days notice, and we offer a £100 first-month trial so you can try the space before committing.

No. Every desk at RedDeskCo is a fixed, permanent desk. You get your own desk that nobody else uses, and you can leave your equipment set up overnight. We do not offer hot-desking, day passes, or drop-in access.
Contracts are rolling monthly. You just need to give seven days written notice if you want to leave. There are no long-term commitments or lock-in periods.
Your desk comes with a chair, power, and high-speed internet. The space also includes a private meeting room, a kitchen with tea and coffee, shower facilities, and a dining area. You are welcome to bring your own monitor, keyboard, and anything else you need to set up your workstation.
