If you are looking for a quiet fixed desk where you can concentrate on your work, leave your equipment set up overnight, and avoid the noise and unpredictability of hot-desking, those spaces are not the right fit.
RedDeskCo is a small workspace with 14 fixed desks. Everyone has their own permanent desk, and the same people are in the office every day. There are no events, no drop-in visitors, and no open-plan floor with dozens of strangers. It has been owner-operated since 2019, and most members stay for years.
RedDeskCo is at 109 Asylum Road, Peckham, SE15 2LB. From Peckham Rye station, the easiest option is to take the Southern train one stop to Queens Road Peckham, which takes about 2 minutes. From there it is a five minute walk down Asylum Road.
Walking from Peckham Rye station takes about 15 minutes via Rye Lane and Queens Road. By bike it is about 5 to 8 minutes, and there is bike storage at the office. Several buses also run along Rye Lane and Queens Road.
Every desk at RedDeskCo is fixed. You can leave your monitors, equipment, and personal items set up permanently. There is no hot-desking and no packing up at the end of the day. The office is secured with 24-hour CCTV and lockable pedestals at every desk.
Desks start at £225 per month for Monday to Friday access, or £290 per month for seven-day access. There is no VAT, which means the effective price is lower than the £210+VAT hot desks available closer to Peckham Rye. Contracts are rolling monthly with seven days notice, and there is a £100 first-month trial.

No. Every desk at RedDeskCo is a fixed, permanent desk. You get your own desk that nobody else uses, and you can leave your equipment set up overnight. We do not offer hot-desking, day passes, or drop-in access.
Contracts are rolling monthly. You just need to give seven days written notice if you want to leave. There are no long-term commitments or lock-in periods.
Your desk comes with a chair, power, and high-speed internet. The space also includes a private meeting room, a kitchen with tea and coffee, shower facilities, and a dining area. You are welcome to bring your own monitor, keyboard, and anything else you need to set up your workstation.
