We are a small workspace with 14 fixed desks. There is no hot-desking, no drop-in visitors, and no large open-plan floor with strangers. Everyone has their own permanent desk, and the same people are in the office every day. It is a calm, focused environment that has been owner-operated since 2019.
RedDeskCo is at 109 Asylum Road, Peckham, SE15 2LB. From Telegraph Hill, walking takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on which part of the neighbourhood you start from. The route heads down towards Queens Road and then along Asylum Road.
The 171 bus from New Cross Gate passes through the area and runs to Queens Road Peckham Station, which is a five minute walk from the office. By bike, the journey is about 8 to 10 minutes on residential streets.
Every desk at RedDeskCo is fixed. You can leave your monitors, equipment, and personal items set up permanently. There is no hot-desking and no packing up at the end of the day. The office is secured with 24-hour CCTV and lockable pedestals at every desk.
Desks start at £225 per month for Monday to Friday access, or £290 per month for seven-day access. There is no VAT. Contracts are rolling monthly with seven days notice, and we offer a £100 first-month trial.

No. Every desk at RedDeskCo is a fixed, permanent desk. You get your own desk that nobody else uses, and you can leave your equipment set up overnight. We do not offer hot-desking, day passes, or drop-in access.
Contracts are rolling monthly. You just need to give seven days written notice if you want to leave. There are no long-term commitments or lock-in periods.
Your desk comes with a chair, power, and high-speed internet. The space also includes a private meeting room, a kitchen with tea and coffee, shower facilities, and a dining area. You are welcome to bring your own monitor, keyboard, and anything else you need to set up your workstation.
