Queens Road Peckham station puts you within five minutes of RedDeskCo. Most coworking spaces in the Peckham area are further from the station, either up towards Rye Lane or tucked away in the industrial estates near Copeland Road. RedDeskCo is the nearest fixed-desk workspace to the station itself.
We are a small space with 14 fixed desks, owner-operated since 2019. There is no hot-desking, no day passes, and no drop-in visitors. Everyone has their own permanent desk, and the same people are in the office every day. It is a quiet, focused environment for people who need a proper place to work.
RedDeskCo is at 109 Asylum Road, Peckham, SE15 2LB. From Queens Road Peckham station, walk out of the station and head south along Asylum Road. The office is on the right hand side, about five minutes on foot.
Queens Road Peckham is on the Overground Windrush line, with direct services from Surrey Quays, Canada Water, Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye, and Clapham Junction. Southern trains also run to and from London Bridge and South Croydon via this station. Multiple bus routes serve Queens Road as well, including the 36, 136, 171, 177, and P12.
If you are cycling, the roads around Queens Road are flat, and there is bike storage at the office.
Every desk at RedDeskCo is fixed. You can leave your monitors, equipment, and personal items set up permanently. There is no hot-desking and no packing up at the end of the day. The office is secured with 24-hour CCTV and lockable pedestals at every desk.
Desks start at £225 per month for Monday to Friday access, or £290 per month for seven-day access. There is no VAT. Contracts are rolling monthly with seven days notice, and there is a £100 first-month trial so you can try the space before committing to the full rate.

No. Every desk at RedDeskCo is a fixed, permanent desk. You get your own desk that nobody else uses, and you can leave your equipment set up overnight. We do not offer hot-desking, day passes, or drop-in access.
Contracts are rolling monthly. You just need to give seven days written notice if you want to leave. There are no long-term commitments or lock-in periods.
Your desk comes with a chair, power, and high-speed internet. The space also includes a private meeting room, a kitchen with tea and coffee, shower facilities, and a dining area. You are welcome to bring your own monitor, keyboard, and anything else you need to set up your workstation.
